  I'll make this to the point. I signed a contract with S&A Builders for some minor repair work on a house on November 9, 2009 for a reasonable quote ($300.00) and waited and waited and waited. I started making phone calls to the business in April 2010 and wanted to know the status. The owner stated that he had not forgotten about me and would complete the repair within a month. Contacted the owner in May 2010 and the owner of the business used the excuse of the weather as why he had not completed the repair work. I told him that I would like it done soon. After waiting until July 2010 I called once more and again asked the status and the owner once more replied he had not forgotten and he "promised" that the work would be completed the following day. After learning that he did not start on the repair work the next day I called and left a message on his cell phone that I thought it was in our best interest for me to find someone else to complete the work. If you want a project completed in a timely manner, I suggest, look elsewhere.
